Tonight's dinner was stir-fry with what was left in the fridge. Onion, carrot, green pepper, celery, mushroom, broccoli, cauliflower, spring onion, soy sauce, S&P, sprinkle of cinnamon and ginger, and tossed with some chinese noodles and a piece of chicken. Very tasty, I hadn't tried cinnamon on savoury food before, but I like it. I know they sometimes use it in Indian cooking.

Oh, sorry Mr. Wonderful. You would've had to fight for some between me and the other 3 in our house. :D Judging by your arms, you'd have ended up with the lion's share, I guess that's why you didn't get an invite. bleh1

Eating frequently and exercise to burn calories my fair maiden. The next time you need a real good hard sweaty work out look me up. I am going to have a protein shake right now, toodles.

I don't eat fried foods, fast foods frozen foods, high sodium content foods, soft drinks or anything that is not nutritious IE: Junk foods. Yes! A strict regimen of diet and exercise keeps me pumping.
