I have lived here for years and I've never seen a cat that was loose. In the past week or a little more I've seen 6 cats that were loose. Two have made a home on my patio. Someone has dumped them off and I'm not sure what to do. I'll probably call Animal Control and talk to them. I'm going out after while and I'm going to get a bag of dried cat food. I know it's the wrong thing to do but they're hungry.

I called Animal Control and described the problem. They still have not taken any action yet. Maybe soon.

I called Animal Control again and got to speak to a live person. I explained about the cat problem here. She told me they were probably community cats and they were protected. She also said they could come out and pick up the cats and take them and have their ears clipped and neuter them but they would have to bring them back to where they were found. OMG I now have 7 cats how crazy is that?

So did you get rid of them?
