I kind of like Disqus because you can comment on most of the articles on the Internet without having to register on the sites.
I'm thinking of installing it on the Members' Blog website. I think it would make it easier to comment on articles.
Do any of you HC'ers have suggestions for the blog? Do you like the idea of having Disqus on it for comments?

Disqus is pretty cool I agree... About the blog sure why not, although I do not have any suggestions for the blog...

Disqus is that app that allows you to make comments on any website that has it.
I had it on the members' blog but I like the one on there now better.

yesterday, one of my fav sites did a 180 design alteration: slate mag went from must read to ignore. they were as happy as pigs in slop about this great change and solicited feedback and comments. slate has no less than 5 separate ways of getting onto the site for commenting. I for one am tired of jumping through hoops and clicking on authenticating links and all this other time-wasting effort.
you know what's nice about graffiti? no membership is required. you just do it and either stick around or run like hell.
why not simply make that the commenting/posting default standard: if someone wants to post then let them without having to ring bells and blow whistles.
